Main stat (agility or strength) is one of, if not the, best enchant for tanks currently, far, far better than dodge. It is currently counting towards "zero" credit in tank specs.

Perhaps this should be flagged differently now?

Enchants are being re-evaluated for MoP. We agree that some dps enchants should get higher score for tanking.
