Am wondering why it says that I do not have a weapon equipped when i have the ilvl 397 wand with Heartsong enchant on it?

Have tried refreshing many times, and click live as well

after coming back today i find weapon shows, but enchant doesnt,
then if i click live a second time the weapon disapears again?
