So my character use to be like 11th on my server for beast mastery spec, but i have not been able to find him on the realm page for at least a month, i have tried logging out in diff specs and gear and nothing seems to work. His name is Kewter on the server Drak'Thul and i play BM almost all day

On the guild/realm page you will always be able to see your character with a best scored spec. In your case that spec is survival (spec marked with a star on the character page).
Please change some item in survival spec to decrease your score if you want to see your char as BM hunter on the guild/realm list.
