Comparing myself with a guildy, we have almost identical gear values but he is beating me.

Whats the GearScore calculated off of?

Or is mine bugged?

Its not easy to compare mage with resto shaman so I'm afraid that difference of 4 points (5103 to 5107) can be tolerated.
