I just wanted to know if maxing professions had any bearing on your wow-heroes score.

My main is Rëju-Thrall and I have pretty much the same gear as Paulythepaly-Thrall, but he has 1 more point than I.

I was just curious of the fact that my professions aren't maxed had any bearing.

Professions do have effect on score since most professions get major bonuses near max profession level - leatherworkers can put bracer enchants, enchanters can enchant rings, inscribers get shoulder enchant, etc.
