Topic site is not updating

The live update button says it has been disabled, and all the buttons are red now. it has been a month now and i can not update the charactors. is this a problem a ongoing one or is it on my end?
please reply.

Everything works properly for character "live" update at wow-heroes, only guild "live" update is disabled.
If you tell me your zone ,realm name and character name i will be able to check if there is some problem with your character specifically.
