draconic embossment enchant

why doesn't the draconic embossment enchantment have any gearscore? it should be +20 ...its +130 agility but crafted. My gearscore shows 0 for it. I'm not going to lose the 80 agility just to get the gearscore.
It seems like all the other crafted items get the 20. Jewelcrafters get the bonus for the gems and still get the boost to the gs. will this be fixed soon?

Your character have proper score for bracer enchant , only enchant that is scored 0 is gloves enchant (agility +7 enchant) .
