I think these are ranked unfairly low for their utility. They have a 45 yard range for pulls on difficult trash or raid adds that are far away. This coupled with the fact that it can not be locked out so it can be used by tankadins who are silenced, and isn't on the GCD so can be put anywhere in the rotation. I'd put this on par with a 1% physical damage reducer such as the reticulated webbing, or the 18 stamina enchant.

But it gives no stats like + stam or def or armor.
I see where it is helpful a my pally is an eng tank/healer and they are great.

This is somewhat moot now as most Engineering tinkers now stack with regular enchants and it seems the armory no longer displays engineering tinkers. The exception is the armor one for gloves.

I currently have Armsman and the Pyro Rocket on my gloves.
