I'm not clear on all the raid lockout rules. If you pug a raid and get locked after the first boss kill and the group falls apart. how many can you replace later in the day or the next day. Can you rebuild the whhole party whenever during the lockout week? Assuming you are the raid leader.

You can get full raid with a new people if they arent saved for that instance.
