This is more of an observation and not a complaint, but maybe a minor bug.

As it is neither of these add anything to your score, and I don't wish argue that. Using either of these to augment DPS is tedious at best. The issue is how they show up on your WoW Heroes character sheet. PEG shows up as an Enchant with red '0' while Frag Belt is a Green check mark. Why are they treated differently? If neither gives you any points then why not show both as green checks or don't show them at all?
