I understand this has a decent amount of crit rating, but it's proc is fairly useless for rogues. ARP is mostly useful for plate wearers such as DK's and Warriors only, a better trinket would be Pyrite Infuser which has a much lower item level, but a much better proc. Please ensure that this item has a relatively lower score then most AP trinkets.

For Rouges "The Meteorite Whetstone" is a much better trinket than the Needle-Encrusted Scorpion.

Umm... I hope you are talking for Mutilate only... because Needle-encrusted scorpion is actually really good for combat rogues until they get deathbringer's will or whispering fanged skull.

Also btw you are gemming completely wrong for mutilate.
