with the update making Black Magic enchant proc 250 haste a rating of 15 rather than 0 would make more sense, it's now one of the (if not THE) best caster chant in game.

oh, and for the record, only tested once but pulled 200 more dps on dummy with black magic than i pulled with +63 spellpower. one hand wpn

I also found this to be a huge DPS gain, and think that Black Magic should be 15, and all other enchants should be 10 or lower (as Black Magic is simply that much better than them all, it's basically +83 haste)

This should have the full value for Enhancement Shamans. It is one of the accepted viable enchantments along with Berserking. Please adjust asap.
