Currently im wearing a full set of cobalt armor made by a friend, as a 71 prot pally this armor is extremely good for tanking any dungeon and for soloing at my lvl. however with my fishing pole equipped i have a hero rating of 6 for my gear, is there a reason my BS armor gets no points at all?

Your wow-heroes rating is 155 and according to the dungeon advisor you are ready for Nexus/UK and just about ready for AN. This seems like a realistic judgement considering your level. I'm sure Alex and Milagros will look into this when they return shortly from their vacation though just to be sure.
