Ring Enchants need to be reduced to a single +15 score for both rings or +7.5 score for each ring. I say this because 2 of the +40 AP to Ring from enchanting is equal to the +130 AP to Bracers from Leatherworking. Because non-Leatherworkers with Enchanting can get +50 Ap to Bracers with their 2 +40 Ap to rings which = 130 total and matches but does not exceed a Leatherworkers +130 AP to bracers.
