I'm confused on how 2 handed weps work towards your gearscore is it doubled as if it were 2 different pieces of gear? I know friends gear scores go up when they get better shields and 1 handed weps.

For all 2hand weapons ,weapon score is doubled (as you can see on the screen shot).
