Can you please give me some info for your character (zone,realm name and character name) because Enchant Staff Spellpower have score 13 for all healing/caster classes.
Resto shammy. My offspec for this guy is Enhancement which is what shows up at the time of this posting even though wowarmory shows my main resto spec since my last logout.
