When spirit got buffed, the za neck became the best neck for holy priests ingame. Thus, I don't know why the neck from felmyst got a very high item level.

Please Fix.

I have to agree. 19 Spirit blows 9 MP/5 out of the water when you get 750+ intellect.

ILevel does not depend on stats, rather stats is dependent on Ilevel and Ilevel is defined by blizzard.

So unless WoWHeroes starts to sett their own ranking its not much to do.
