I was just wondering why the enchant rings would provide a higher rating for a player yet socket bracers or socket gloves does not. For example the ring spell power enchant (+19 sp) is worth 15 points where as the socket can have a Runed Scarlet Ruby (+19sp) added for no points increase. Soon the socket will be better because they have not yet released epic gems for wrath, when they do rings will still have +19 but the socket will be able to have more for whatever gem cut is all spell power. Just wondering.
