Character's Item Score not updating

Char name - Ryloz


My characters item score has been stuck at 7550 for the past two weeks, and i have upgraded multiple items since. I have tried live updating, etc. But item score continues to be the same at 7550. Thank you.

My character item level is sort of doing the same thing... (Valcunos- Arthas)

However, instead of not updating, I upgraded a 502 to a 522 enchanted and gemed and I LOST 500 points. Please tell me this is a glitch in the system??

@ Valcuno - last update for your character was from 18.05 , with live update everything works properly. However your character didn't lost 500 points in any way since that isn't possible. Your current score is 7553, with +500 points your char would be best geared on the server

Thank you very much or your hasty response. I wish I would have gotten a screen shot. I really did go from almost 7500 to exactly 7007. (Live search enabled). But thank you anyway for setting it straight!

My Character has lost his shoulders and boots after updating my character and losing over 1000 points
