From looking through the evaluation of items output, I was unclear as to if items are evaluated for tanking or DPS as a whole or item by item? For example, logged out in my DPS gear the site was suggesting tanking enchants on my T4 shoulders, and Stamina on my S3 Bracers. Also, the Aldor Shoulder enchants are only ranking in as a '9', but have the same number of item points as the Scryer enchants. Is the site doing some calculation on the relative value of stats? If so, how sophisticated is the method, or is it a baseline assessment (i.e. quite innacurate)?

From what I gather, at the moment it is based purely on ilevel. So lower level gear/enchant is marked down even if its superior to its higher level conterpart.
