The enchants on my character (Kleo, Venture Co.) aren't appearing -- they show as red zeroes. Also, it has my talent spec as ret 0/0/0 when it should be Holy 51/2/18.

Info for your character is the same as on wow armory. Red zeroes represent improper enchants for some spec,if you mouse over you will see your enchants. When armory recognize your spec,wow-heroes will work properly for you.
