Its been about 3hrs now since i got new gear but still not updating. Can you please help me out

When i searched for your character on US armory i only got an error

US armory wrote:
You have encountered an error.
* Return to the Armory
* Return to WorldofWarcraft.com

When armory fix this problem ,and update your character ,wow-heroes will work properly too.
