Possible solutions :
- please type realm name with capital G for Ghostlands realm
- change zone to EU since your character is on EU servers
- and search for "live" report on character page

Thanks for your quick response, but I've done all you suggest before posting.
What comes up is not representative of my current gear, for example I am now fully enchanted with lvl 15 items on all items, I have a new neck piece from malygos - this is not shown, my leatherworking is now 440, the site still shows 331
can you look again please

As you can see info at wow-heroes is the same as on Armory (official Blizzard web site).
When armory updates your character everything will work properly at wow-heroes too.

All appears OK now, so thanks for your help. My score reads 2011 not 1955
