How come WoW Heroes only has Thrown of the Four winds?
How come it doesn't have BoT, and BWD?

Can you please explain what you mean exactly ,since wow-heroes tracks info for all instances.

The bar that shows green yellow and red...It tells you what raids you should work on...what ones are too hard and the easy ones...how come only Thrown of the Four winds is there?

All 3 instances have the same difficulty, if you mouse over a bit to the left or right, you'll see that there's a tooltip for Blackwing Descent and Bastion of Twilight there too.
