WoW Heroes -> View topic - Cant refresh character

Ive been trying to refresh my character fernanol. It shows him in his tank gear with a 316 trink when I logged out in pvp healing gear in healing spec. The armory shows him in the right gear so I was just wondering where wow heroes refreshs its characters from.

dizzle79 Please use "live" button and try again ,if that doesn't help you please check your character on wow armory (if armory is not updated we can't do anything to help you).

I am having same problem,character updates in armory but not on here. Is there a way to do this on my own so I dont have to post in forum?

Slc with "live" option on the character page everything works properly for your character.

these post are all accurate I myself can't update my character either. Yes live button is ticked, yes my armory is up to date and showing proper gear but my character Deneb on US-Turalyon - Alliance isnt' updating here on wow-heroes.
