As in the title. I can't get it. Are the unique gems worn by Jewelcrafters counted into the score? I don't think so. Are LW/Scribe enchants awarded more points than regular enchants?

Explain the difference in overall score between the players on the same realm (Thunderhorn EU): Dontbescared and Mey. The first one has more 277 items, yet the 2nd one has higher overall score because of the ring enchants, unless items are rewarded points in some awkward way which is even more unreasonable.
