How long does that typically take? A day? or more?

Hard to get a group if I'm not in the list yet, you know?

also does your gear score stay the same from server to server?

If Blizzard armory is updated for your character for a new server ,everything will work properly at wow-heroes too. Your overall gear score will stay the same.

When you say "overall" does that mean my gear score will stay exactly the same or is that subject to a few point change per server?

Ugh, I'm still not updated.........

Your gear score will stay exactly the same.
