Wow-heroes does you mean? I believe it defaults to whatever spec you were in when you last logged out.
If you mean the game is showing your main spec as your offspec and vice-versa, you can either put in a ticket and wait god-knows-how-long for a GM to handle it or you can re-spec your two specs to how you want them. So if you're a pally whose main spec is Protection and off-spec is Holy, but Wow has your main spec as holy and your off-spec as prot, switch to your main spec, visit a trainer, unlearn your talents, and redo them.
