WoW Heroes -> View topic - My guild is not receiving credit for our achievements.

Hi!

My guild, Flock to our Banner, has not been receiving credit for our raiding achievements.
Is there any reason why this is/could be ?

We are Alliance and play on the Aerie Peak realm.

Guild progress:
- can be updated by guild master (rank 0) or officers(rank 1,2 and 3) from their guild
- guild progress for all guilds is verified by achievements
- automatic update by wow-heroes :each guild need to have at least 5 guild members that got requested achievement at the same time /date for 10 man instances, and 15 people for 25 man to be accounted for guild progression (verified by achievements,updated every 3-5 days)
- manual update by guild master/officers: same as for automatic update ,or each guild need to have at least 10 guild members with requested achievement done for 10 man instances, and 25 people for 25 man to be accounted for guild progression (also verified by achievements)
- for each achievement/boss kill guild receives points, the sooner you do it, you get higher "bonus" points, but this bonus will never be higher than the amount of points you get for another achievement.

Hi what happenes if the people in the raid have allready got the acheivment for clearing something but have not done it together as a guild?

jonshannor your guild progress can not be automatically updated , but you can follow manual update :
- manual update by guild master/officers: same as for automatic update ,or each guild need to have at least 10 guild members with requested achievement done for 10 man instances, and 25 people for 25 man to be accounted for guild progression (also verified by achievements)

I am the GM for our guild and I have updated our guild progress according to the requirements yet we don't appear on the associated page.

same here,and along with three other posts,including a thread with screenshots to prove my guild isn't listed on the guild rankings-i still have had no help or correspondance-i give up :bye:

Problem with late created guilds is :
- for each achievement/boss kill guild receives points, the sooner you do it, you get higher "bonus" points, but this bonus will never be higher than the amount of points you get for another achievement.
We will try to fix this issue.
