you are not geared bad, but you have several blues. i would focus on naxx 10 and 25 and 10 man ulduar. getting into an uld group might be hard outside of a guild. Pug raids typically tend to want better/over geared players so that they can be sure to clear it. but you should have no problem with naxx 10/25 pugs.
