I was wondering why this enchant which gives 25 hr to a weapon gets a 15 while the titanium weapon chain which gives 28 hr only gets an 8.

Oh yeah im a rogue who hasnt hit the poison cap yet, but is trying to

Hi

Shathania is a Enhan Shammy DPS and i have put 'Accuracy' on my weapon, (25HR and 25CS) but they are not been taken in the total in wow-heroes where they only show 194 HR and in WoW i have more then 220 ?? Is there a reason for this ?

Shathania all stats that you can see at wow-heroes and wow armory are base unbuffed stats, you counted heroic presence as well that is your racial buff.
