I believe the Greater Inscription of Discipline should not be a zero for Holy Pallies. I am currently stacking Spell crit and it certainly helps me out. You list Inscription of the Orb as a 5 with 13 spell crit. The Discipline Inscription gives me 18 healing plus 10 spell crit which is more to my build needs.

Similarly I have the Greater Inscription of the Orb, which gives 15 spell crit and 12 damage and healing, and I have a score of zero on my shoulders.
