I can tell you for sure that Enchant Chest - Greater Mana Restoration works properly . If this enchant not showing on your character please provide us with your Zone,Realm and character name. (maybe you just enchanted your char and armory didn't notice that change yet at the moment when you checked your character at wow-heroes)

The enchant itself is not missing, however it does show a value of 0 as a hunter chest enchant while the lower level restore mana prime shows a value of 5.
