+Crit Head/Shoulder enchants should grant the same amount of points for Priests as the +Mp5 counterparts.

Crit rating has become an important part of a Holy Priest's efficiency. (Surge of Light & Holy Concentration/ICH) Discipline Priests utilize Crit for Divine Aegis, a large part of the damage mitigation role of the spec.
