Tank Head Enchant

15 - Arcanum of Stalwart Protector (37 Stamina/20 Dodge)
17 - Heavy Savage Armor Kit (44 Stamina)

Why would the armor kit be higher rated when the actual tank stats are lower (i.e. 20 Dodge vs 7 Stamina)?

Shoulder Tank Enchant

17 - Heavy Savage Armor Kit (44 Stamina)
17 - Lesser Insc of Unbreakable Quartz (45 Stamina + 20 Dodge)

How can these be rated the same? The Therazane rep one is clearly superior.

Overall, I think you are weighing the armor kit too much. It should probably be reduced.
