Arcanum of Dragonmaw/wildhammer (60 strength 35 mastery) should not be worth zero points for tanks.
It has 2 very good stats for tanks that being mastery and strength. Some classes might even find it more desirable then the 90 stam 35 dodge like paladins who already have high enough hp.
