I think the revised Surefooted enchant should be rated a 10 against Vitality and Boars Speed (for a Shadow Priest at least). The +10 Hit and +10 Crit from Surefooted is far more beneficial, to the extent that I would rate Vitality a 7 and Boars Speed a 5.
