Why is Major Spellpower (+40 spell power) ranked an 8, while Major Healing (+40 spell power) is ranked a 10 for weapon enchants? Seems to me those give the same benefit...

Please bring Major Spellpower up to the same level as Major Healing. If not, bring Major Healing down to an 8, the same as Major Spellpower.
