This enchant should be buffed as well.
I was looking up an Elemental/Resto Shaman on WoWHeroes and he had Black Magic on his weapon.
He receives 0 points for this :) (While he would receive 3 points if he puts 45 spirit on it)
This makes me LOL :jester:

The shaman i used to look up was Poplo, also Earthen Ring.

If you check your character you will see that score for black magic is 15 points for element spec ,but since its work only with harmful spells we cant score it for resto spec.

My bad there then. But there's still no reason to give 3 points for 45 spirit though :)
