The Heavy Borean Armor Kit in the Enchant Chest slot is severely undervalued for Druid tanks. +275 health enchant gets a 15 rating and does NOT scale with talents/buffs, whereas the +18 stamina DOES scale with talents/buffs and is only rated a 5.
