Why is Enchant 2H Weapon - Greater Savagery +85 AP worth 12 points, yet Enchant Weapon - Superior Potency +65 AP is worth 15 points and is offered as an upgrade?

Fixed, Enchant Weapon - Superior Potency have score 10 now.
