According to Rawr this item is 5th best trinket for Ret Paladins. Only beaten out by ilvl 245 trinkets and higher. 6th place falls to dark matter a ilvl 226 trinket that sits roughly 30 dps lower than DMC greatness.
Sorry for the long wait on the reply guys, Alex and Milagros are currently on holiday but I will bring this matter to their attention when they return as I do believe you have a point.
Strength and Agility cards are buffed slightly internally. You won't see the change because ilvl remained the same, but you will see a slight change in score.
