I see the items have the 0/2 upgrades, but my weapon I have upgraded twice with no change in gear score or 2/2 hovering over the upgrade, is this an easy fix or just rely on the weapon? Perhaps the upgrades can be worth points like 10 for each upgrade like an enchant or something like that.

Armory does not display upgraded items yet, so we are also unable to see which items have been upgraded. There's a forum discussion about it here, so hopefully it should be included in the API soon. Sorry for waiting.
