I recently upgraded Heroic: Legplates of Feverish Dedication to Sanctified Lightsworn Legguards (ilvl 264 tier)

57 health downgrade for more armor, block value, defense, ap, expertise, .5% avoidance.

why did my whr not move?

Items from heroic modes are usually awesome and can be compared to higher tier items. However, we will investigate this specific issue and check it out, stay tuned
