Since it's not a bug and this post is about items, I guess it's safe to make this thread in this section of the forums.

First of all, do you add source to crafted items? If you do, both Cord of the White Dawn and Sash of Ancient Power are missing their source (Tailoring). Same is true for boots (Spellslinger's Slippers and Savior's Slippers). Guess all crafted items have no source.

Also some hard mode items such as Amice of Inconceivable Horror (Yogg-Saron + 1 keeper 10 Man) and Icecore Staff (Hodir Hard Mode 10 Man) don't have any source at WoW Heroes.

Other items with missing source that I have noticed so far:

Spark of Hope (Kologarn 10 Man)
Sif's Remembrance (Thorim Hard Mode 10 Man)
Boots of the Servant (Freya 25 Man)
Band of the Invoker (EoT vendors)

T9 seems to be missing it's source too, as well as Darkmoon Card: Greatness trinkets. Also ToC (5 man Instance) seems to be missing from your source tables.
