I noticed that the back piece Stainless Cloak of the Pure Hearted that drops off of Prince Malchezaar in Kara has a 11 point lower rating than Kharmaa's Shroud of Hope from the badge vendor.
Stainless Cloak of the Pure Hearted Binds when picked up Back Cloak 105 Armor +23 Intellect +22 Stamina Requires Level 70
Equip: Increases healing done by up to 53 and damage done by up to 18 for all magical spells and effects.
Equip: Restores 7 mana per 5 sec.
Kharmaa's Shroud of Hope Binds when picked up Back Cloak 114 Armor +15 Intellect +34 Stamina Requires Level 70
Equip: Improves your resilience rating by 23.
Equip: Increases healing done by up to 51 and damage done by up to 17 for all magical spells and effects.
Equip: Restores 6 mana per 5 sec
Your opinion my be different but shouldnt the scores for these two items be switched? the Kara item has +2 Healing +8 Intel and a +1 Second faster Mana Regen. It just seems to me that though very little difference the item is still a better PVE item. Plus the Badge piece has Resilience of 23. Isn't it true that items with resilience are supposed to et negative effects to there score?
All item lvls that u see on your screen is Blizzard itemization ,if u count that u will see that isn't score that u get at the end . All PvP items get penalty because of resiliance ,so Kharmaa's Shroud of Hope gets it too.
