Crafted gears still not showing right

Crafted items on my DK Sùbzero-Gurubashi US servers is STILL showing as 640 loot please fix this is my 2 ticket in last 8 days about it with no answer or fix ....AND this is same error that happened when they went from 2 upgrades to 4 let's get it together over there please. Again the toon is Sùbzero-Gurubashi guild name is Champions of Horde Honor-Hakkar
