Armory Updating

As of the latest Patch is armory down? I noticed that when I clicked on Character Search or Live Search it is not Updating I checked armory and it does not show my new armor or enchants either.

I have new gloves
and I have added enchant to my shoulders

Yeah, the main problem is that Armory is still not updated for lots of characters, they were changing some parts for 3.1. It should be ok later today or maybe tomorrow hopefully.
