War Mill Upgrades not calculating

Greetings! I noticed my charter's gearscore is not reflecting the upgrades granted by my Garrison war mill. For example, my bow shows as being ilevel 610 rare, from the proving grounds quest. However, I received a random upgrade to 640 epic via my war mill perk. I noticed this isn't the only slot not recognizing those type of upgrades. Thanks for looking into it!
