I was looking at my belt and I have a zero for the enchant, even though I have an eternal belt buckle with a gem. This has lowered my enchant score from 135 to 123. I think this is because I have a "Belt Clipped Spynoculars" enchant on it that I can no longer use because I dropped engr. Just thought I'd let you know.

"Belt Clipped Spynoculars" can not lower your over all score ,you don't gain or loose point for that enchant.
WoW Heroes changes on Februar 25th 2009 wrote:
- overall enchant score is re-evaluated and it can now be max 135 for all classes/professions.
